Paint Party Terms

Events are at my location or yours-details when booking is confirmed.

  • 30 minute pre-party set up

  • 30 minute post-party cleanup

  • 2 hour paint project

  • All art supplies (paint, canvases, brushes, easels, and smocks) needed to create the painting chosen from our art library

  • No refunds if cancellations are 3 days before the event. A full credit will be given for your next event



BEFORE BOOKING YOUR EVENT:

  • Your party space must have appropriate seating and table space to accommodate all of your party guests and the paint supplies.

  • We will need access to water to prepare for your event and to clean up afterwards.

  • Please notify us of any special instructions regarding access to your facility. (parking, stairs, contact)

  • Mobile painting parties are subject to the availability of our artists. Parties are typically 3 hours in duration, including two hours of instruction, and 30 minutes for set-up before your event, as well as 30 minutes or less to clean up

  • A minimum of 4 people are required to participate with a maximum of 12

  • Group discounts of 8 or more are available

WHAT'S THE DEAL FOR FOOD AND VINO

** when hosting at your location or at the selected location

  • Tapas will be provided from a local vendor or business. All of the food will be prepared and packaged according to the size of the party

  • Vino sampling will be available for packages including wine

  • Please inform us of ANY food restrictions or allergies in your party before ordering your package containing food options

  • All guests will be required to present a valid ID for wine packages

FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES:

  • Birthday party packages are priced for children’s events. There are 4 options to chose from.

  • The minimum age group will be 6.

  • No food or beverages will be offered for these events. You will have to supply them yourselves

  • No refunds if cancellations are 3 days before the event. A full credit will be given for your next event

  • Parents and or caregivers are will be asked to take your child if nothing that we have done provides comfort or happiness within our capabilities.

**All Covid precautions will be taken for your party. I am fully vaccinated but will be wearing a mask at all times if requested. Sanitized materials will be provided.
